The hotel is situated close to the high-end shops and restaurants of Rodeo Drive, making it an ideal location for those who want to indulge in luxury. The room service was prompt and the breakfast was rich and delicious, ensuring a good start to the day. The beautiful view from the window made my stay even more enjoyable. The hotel also offered leisure facilities like a gym and a spa, which were perfect for relaxing after a busy day, especially for business guests.
The Wi-Fi connection was spotty, which can be frustrating, especially for business guests who need to stay connected.

Our romantic getaway was saved by the spacious and luxurious room. The big cozy bed and the great bathroom facilities were the best. The location of the hotel was also perfect, allowing us to easily visit nearby attractions and restaurants. Plus, we enjoyed the complimentary WiFi which was a crucial part of our stay.
Unfortunately, the experience was ruined by a few negative aspects. The walls were extremely thin, and we could hear our neighbors' every move. Moreover, the coffee maker was terrible, producing undrinkable coffee. We were also disappointed by the valet pricing, which was far too high. we expected more from this establishment and wouldn't recommend it to fellow travelers.

We had a great time during our stay in the City of Angels. The two complimentary drinks per day were a nice touch, and the location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the city. We also enjoyed the pool and the comfortable beds in our room.
There were a few negative aspects to our stay. The Wi-Fi wasn't free, and we were disappointed with the spa services, which left a lot to be desired. Additionally, the hotel staff at the front desk could have been friendlier and more welcoming.

Stunning and huge room with a nice view was enjoyable. Location: the hotel was close enough to neighborhoods in Westwood, West Hollywood, WiFi. There was an in-house restaurant nearby.

Perfect Stay for a Celebration My friends and I spent our New Years in the city and our stay in this hotel was perfect. Firstly, we received complimentary drinks upon arrival which was a great start to our stay. Secondly, the location was ideal for sightseeing and partying as we were conveniently close to the best clubs and venues in the city. Lastly, the outdoor pool was a great place to soak up the sun and relax.
Noisy Rooms However, the rooms were a bit noisy as we could hear people talking in the next room or passing by in the hallway. It was not too unbearable though and we were still able to sleep fine. the experience was great and we enjoyed our stay despite the slight noise issue.

The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay.
Although the hotel was centrally located in Beverly Hills, we needed our car to get to most places nearby for shopping, eating, etc.

I thought the hotel was really great. Overall the location was perfect for all the shops etc and the hotel was v clean and well maintained. The staff were very friendly and helpful too! I would say this was definately good value for money and would love to stay there again!
